Tasty vegan smoothie / makes about 16 oz
8 – 10oz coconut water
1 frozen banana
3 pitted dates
1/4 cup blueberries or strawberries
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tsp turmeric
Ground pepper
1 Tbsp Flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon

Great after workouts for quick glycogen re-storage and anti-inflammation!
Replace this smoothie with your protein shake post workout! I use it as a midday or pm snack to increase energy and stamina.
