The most important part of every journey! Because let’s face it, what you put in your body determines the way you feel, and the likeliness of maintaining the work you put in depends on the food you eat and the moderation it is in. Together, we can build a holistic food plan with some of the desired foods and road blocks your not willing to give up.

Functional Training

Mimicking movement made in every day life to make living easier! Functional training requires movement not dictated by a fixed-machine. Rather requires increasing the bodies ability to overcome stressors in body weight movement or calisthenics. Usually done in circuits.

My idea of coaching is short term. Rather than keeping you dependent on help, my goal is to give you the tools to know what you need and to understand when progression to your routine is optimal.
