3-4 days per week if not more, eat steel cut oatmeal to keep the metabolic rate working in your favor all day. The other days eggs or egg white are great with spinach, mushroom and a little cashew cheese. Remember having egg yolk is not bad for you in moderation.

*Primary breakfast:
1/4-1/2 cup steel cut oats
1-2 Tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 scoop “Vega” protein powder
*Secondary breakfast:
2 eggs or 3 egg whites (one yolk won’t hurt)
1/4 cup spinach
1/4 organic crimini mushrooms
1-2 Tbsp cashew cheese
